1. Returns and Exchanges
Inspiredby Holdings is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy.
2. Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- We accept returns and exchanges for defective and non defective products.
3. Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at [info@inspiredby.co.za] / +27605396648. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and whether you are requesting a return or exchange.
4. Return and Exchange Process
- Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a waybill via email.
- Print the waybill and attach it to the package.
- Hand the package to the courier upon collection.
5. Free Returns and Exchanges
We offer free returns and exchanges for all eligible items within South Africa.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or bank account) used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
7. Delivery of Exchanged Items
- Once we receive the returned item and the exchange is approved, the replacement item will be dispatched.
- Exchanged items will be delivered within 3 working days.
