  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • We accept returns and exchanges for defective and non defective products.

3. Initiating a Return or Exchange

4. Return and Exchange Process

  • Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a waybill via email.
  • Print the waybill and attach it to the package.
  • Hand the package to the courier upon collection.

5. Free Returns and Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges for all eligible items within South Africa.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or bank account) used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Delivery of Exchanged Items

  • Once we receive the returned item and the exchange is approved, the replacement item will be dispatched.
